Politique de remboursement

 

According to Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for beauty products (cosmetic and makeup products) that have been unsealed after delivery, for reasons of hygiene or health protection. Consequently, the Customer does not have the right of withdrawal for this type of product if they have been unsealed after delivery. In addition, final promotion items do not allow Customers to request to return products configured as last promotion items.

 

Except for the exceptions provided for in Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, and in particular the one mentioned above, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Product to exercise his right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code. If the period of fourteen (14) days expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

The Customer may exercise his right of withdrawal by sendinga written statement on plain paper, free of any ambiguity and expressing his clear wish to withdraw, clearly and legibly indicating his contact details and the references of his order. The plain paper can be sent by e-mail to the following address:  hello@save-care.com or by post to the address: Save&Care, Manon Leroux, 35 rue des Vinaigriers, 75010 Paris.

The Customer must return the Product(s) without undue delay and, at the latest, within fourteen (14) days following the communication of his decision to withdraw, to the collection point of purchase or the address communicated by Save&Care.
The products concerned cannot be products with short dates, given their nature.
